My hot sauce collection got two additions today when I found Costillo Salsa Habanera in orange and green at the dollar store. The website is http://www.salsacastillo.com, but it doesn't show my new additions. A quick count gave me 89 but some might be duplicates. Although I've always had a few bottles I really started collecting when Jim Campbell and I had our excellent adventure in Jamaica in 1997. (Seems like yesterday.) I brought about 20 varieties back from there and have added to them ever since. I pretty much concentrate on Habanero sauces these days but also receive the occasional gift. I probably have about 40 Habanero sauces including "Ralph's Righteous" from Jim Campell and Sonny Barger's Kickstartin Habanero Hellfire Sauce. Sonny used to be the president of the Hell's Angels Motorcycle Club but I think he retired to Arizona. I also have a bunch of Asian sauces which I stir fry with including a couple of brands of Sambal Oelek. These are groceries rather than collectibles. I'd mention my mustards, but that probably belongs on another group<G>. Dave Anderson TLCC http://www.tough-love.com
