Hello All...I've decided, as a summer diversion and relief from my day job
of clinical social worker, to purchase a hot dog cart.  I'll be selling big
dogs all summer and need a good recipe for a chili-type, beanless of course,
sauce to go on top.  I want to make my "name" with gourmet chili dogs so the
sauce needs to be something special with a personal recommendation rather
than just looking in one of my books.  I figured who better to ask than my
buddies on this list.

So...does anyone have a recipe he/she thinks is to die for?  One that the
general public would enjoy without dropping to their knees from the heat.  I
could have two varieties, however, in case a CH or two pop in as customers.
