So weird I had to check the ingredients -- "...bran flour, > sugar..." (?!). Fortunately I brought up some guajillos and moritas to liven > things up. I'm becoming increasingly disenchanted with the Yuppie Food Stores(tm) as I broaden my food horizons and look for things like hot peppers, real lemongrass, etc. The best place to look for all this stuff is the ethnic food stores (brazilian in union square, chinatown, etc). You can sometimes get lucky in the larger grocery stores in ethnic areas. One of these days I mean to write up a list of Boston-area ethnic stores and the types of stuff they carry. Of course, this means I have to do the footwork first, which means I need to find the time, but I'm sure I'll get around to it at some point. eric > > I guess this just means I have to do more exploring. :) > > David "Zeb" Cook
