I had some leftover vegetarian chili, made with TVP (texturized vegetable protein), so I added it to a box of Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, added a few other things and DINNER was served. It came out very good. @@@@@ Quick Vegetarian Chili Mac | RisaG | 1 box Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, any variety* 2 cups leftover vegetarian chili 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 1 tsp pure chile powder 1 tbsp hot sauce | Cook the macaroni & cheese according to the package. Mix the leftover chili in along with the chile powder and hot sauce. Mix well. Add cheese. Mix. Cover and bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 1/2 hour. Uncover and cook for another 10 minutes until browned on top. Serves 6-8 enormously Risa's notes: * Instead of 3 tbsp butter in the macaroni, I added 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp garlic-infused oil. Depending on the hot sauce, this can go from really mildly hot to unbearably hot.
