This was dinner the other night - Flying Flank Steak. It was easy to do and delicious. Have no idea why it was called that. I adapted it from a book I got a few weeks ago. * Exported from MasterCook * Flying Flank Steak Recipe By : Adapted from Our Lady of the Mountain Parish Cookbook Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Bbq & Grilling Main Dish Meat Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- Marinade: 6 tbsp scallions (both parts) -- minced 3 tbsp soy sauce 3 tbsp olive oil 2 tsp dried thyme drop hot sauce juice of 1 lemon Steak: 2 flank steaks In a bowl, combine marinade ingredients.
