[CH] Open Fields Update

The picture isn't far off- fields are still pretty wet & we're having
more rain as I 'speak' :-(

If they ever DO get into the ground, I've counted 5,100 plants for
nothing but the open fields.  There'd better be a lot of people wanting
chiles ;-)

On the positive side- the commercial field plots are planted.  They were
sub-contracted out this year to an outfit on the south side of the
City.  The ground is a little drier there.  Planting finished today.
