They have many flavors but we really liked the taste of the Hot Pepper > Lime and the Hot Pepper Ginger jelly. More on Micks at www.micks.com A group of FIDO Cooking Echo paticipants met in the Seattle/Tacoma area last year and made the obligatory trek to the Pike Place Market. First place one sees when entering from the parking garge is Mick's. Everyone sampled. Almost everyone bought some jelly. What was scary is that we all bought the same kind Hot Garlic Pepper. Not awf'ly hot - but, definitely garlicky. It goes on lamb, beef, pork, chicken, even swordfish and shark. And very well, I hasten to add. The Lime and Ginger were on some folk's second jar lists and I thought they were nice. Some of the hotter varieties were just that - hotter. But, without much flavour. And at Mick's prices the product had better have both and anything else he can toss in. <GGG> ENJOY!!! -------- UNCLE DIRTY DAVE'S KITCHEN -- Home of Yaaaaa Hooooo Aaahhh!!! HOT SAUCE and Hardin Cider
