I do it all the time. Well, I use the "comination" microwave/convection feature, set very low. But, I've even dried habs using this wonderful appliance, and while I can tell that there are some fumes in the air, it has never chased me or the Monster Dog out of the house. Now, dropping a cup up hab into hot oil in the wok on the other hand has caused me to run for the patio.
