The mixture has a somewhat jelly like consistency and can be eaten with raw vegetable sticks, bread, some people add it to their soup. I also do some gardening. In my yard I have a lemon tree, Chinese orange tree, etrog tree (citron) and lots of Hab types peppers. One of them is about five years old. The Caribbean varieties seem to do better than the Yucatan. What I can find is that it is used to add to a curry paste and is very popular in India but how do you use it? I like to experiment with many types of foods and I am not familiar with Middle East foods so would appreciate a recipe. We enjoy hot foods and I am in the process of growing 15 varieties of mainly hot peppers. Yours truly Patrick Johnston Canada
