I was kind of board so I thought I would cook something. I hope that at
least someone has the time to try this it takes about 30-40 min. to
cook. Have a nice weekend.
INGREDIENTS:
1 pint Heavy Cream.
4 Skinless, Boneless, Chicken Breast.
1/2 lb. Medium Shrimp peeled 36-40 in size.
1 large tomato diced
Debz Season Salt to taste.or a good cajun seasoning
Cayenne pepper to taste.
1/2 teaspoon Debz Chicago Blaze Hot Sauce (optional this is a Habanero
sauce that we make).
1/2 lb. Angle hair pasta (or other pasta) cooked.
2Tlbs olive oil.
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (fresh).
Pinch of thyme, basil, and one bay leaf.
1 cup of all-purpose flour. (Add 2 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning)
1 1-˝ pound cooked lobster tail cut into 1 inch chunks (can use 12 oz
of cooked crawfish tails but, we can not get them here. No good one
anyway')
Vegetable oil enough to cook chicken.
METHOD:
(Fry method) Take chicken breast place in seasoned flour coat lightly;
place in bowl of ice water and back into seasoned flour mix. Heat
enough oil to fry in a 10-inch fry pan about 3 inches deep, fry chicken
breast on each side until done about 4 minutes each side.
Then place chicken on side, place tomato, salt, pepper, and heavy cream
into pan cook for about 4 minutes or until thickened. Place the cooked
lobster (or crawfish) and the hot sauce in pan cook for 2 minutes add
shrimp cook for another 2 minutes. (Cook until shrimp are a light pink
color stirring often), add parmesan cheese cook for an additional
minute place fried chicken breast on plate with pasta, pour or spoon
the cream mix over the pasta and the chicken breast. (If you haven't
already eaten the sauce that is).
(Non-fry method) in large Sauté pans heat olive oil on a low heat. Cook
Chicken for four- (4) minutes turn and repeat.
Remove chicken from pan cut into 0ne (1) inch chunks. Then place
chicken, tomato, salt, pepper, and heavy cream into pan cook for about
4 minutes or until thickened. Place shrimp and the hot sauce in pan
cook for 2 minutes add the cooked lobster (or crawfish) cook for
another 2 minutes add the shrimp cook until shrimp are a light pink
color (stirring often). Add Parmesan cheese cook for an additional
minute or so and serve over pasta. (If you haven't already eaten the
sauce that is).
