I have sent this recipe to you all before. However, I thought it was worth reminding you of it, especially now that we are in the thick of fresh corn season.. ________________________________________ 1. Shuck an ear of corn, making sure you remove all the hair. Rinse ear thoroughly. 2. Liberally slather the whole ear of corn with butter or margarine. 3. Lay ear of corn on an 18" long piece of aluminum foil. Sprinkle chipotle powder--or any chile powder you like--over the entire ear. (I especially like the chipotle powder I got from (shameless plug) Firehouse Jim at http://www.wildpepper.com/) 4. Place an ice cube on each side of the ear of corn, then roll everything up tightly in the foil. 5. Place rolled corn on grill and cook on low for 35-45 (depending on heat from grill). Turn frequently. ENJOY! ________________________________________ Mark "Mad Dog" Barringer http://home.earthlink.net/~mdogdrum/index.html
