This is not exactly health food but it is my favorite summer meal.

I make a dipping sauce from soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger, cilantro,
lots of Thai Hots (sliced thin) and sesame oil. The key is LOTS of Thai
Hots.

I grill over high heat some cheap pork steaks rubbed with paprika, garlic
and onion powder,and red pepper .

Slice the piggie up into strips, dip enjoy.

Simple, good, & hot.
