This is not exactly health food but it is my favorite summer meal. I make a dipping sauce from soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger, cilantro, lots of Thai Hots (sliced thin) and sesame oil. The key is LOTS of Thai Hots. I grill over high heat some cheap pork steaks rubbed with paprika, garlic and onion powder, and red pepper . Slice the piggie up into strips, dip enjoy. Simple, good, & hot. ----- Original Message ----- From: The NorthEast ChileMan <thenortheastchileman@attbi.com> To: The Lash <info@thelash.com>; <Chile-Heads@globalgarden.com> Sent: Friday, July 26, 2002 10:33 PM Subject: Re: [CH] Looking for good recipes using Thai Hots > Hi Rob, > This is my favorite hot pepper in oil recipe. > > http://www.pepperfool.com/recipes/canned/canning_hot_peppers.html > > I've used it for the last 4 years & am still alive.
