Monday night I caught a bit of Follow That Food - Cholula hot sauce. They followed a bottle of Cholula from the factory in Mexico to NYC to Miami and to a few other places. The food looked magnificent. Gordon Idiot actually burnt his tongue on a habanero martini (or something like that) in Miami. Fun to watch. I am sure they will be replaying it. The segment at the factory was very interesting. I also found it interesting what the chefs across the country added it to. I'm going to get some of those recipes. They looked really good. Cholula is one of the sauces I don't have in my collection. I had it at Don Pablos though. They have it on every table instead of Tabasco. Much appreciated.
