I know this "chain" the location in OH is the original...
They also have stores in Tampa and Naples, FL (I was a cook a the Naples 
location for 2 years back in the late 80's !-)
Last time I visited, they still had one of my creations on the regular menu.

Next time you visit order this:
Skillet pots, add caps, add japs, add jack
