She stopped at Marshall's and got two jars of Arrabbiatta seasoning from the 
il Boschetto brand of Italy.  Ingredients are sea salt and red pepper, both 
ground a bit coarse.  I thought this would be a pretty basic combination, 
and Mom said a lot of the cookbooks call for it by name in some pasta 
recipes.

Oh, yeah?  Hmm.

Right now I have about a tablespoon of it mixed into some ripe olives, along 
with some thyme; I'll give it a few hours to adjust and then try it.
