The dehydrator is similar to what I have, except the mine does not have a
fan.  The chart, and the general instructions on dehydrating, will be most
helpful.

OT--Thanks for sending us Curtis Joseph.  I was a bit worried when Hasek
decided not to return.  However, I think Curtis will be a welcome addition
to the mighty Wings.

Good luck on your pepper jelly.  When I was up north, I got some pepper
jelly made with Michigan tart cherries.  YUM!
