Mr. Hard......ask Jim C how much I weigh, in his opinion?  Har de Har.....to be fair(fare?) some folk's have different anatomies, allowing them to
assimilate calories in a different way...guess I am one of the fortunate ones....about 155.lbs (not kilos!) Not bad at 76, given the way I cook, and
