Chop the habs up -- whir them up in a food prcessor, cover the mash with
vinegar, add some salt and spices (whatever you like), bring to a boil, whir
up some mor and can in jars. Procecss for 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
Slightly vinegary -- but we like it. You can use any hot pepper, oer blend
of peppers. We also make the stuff out of cayennes.
