Margo, Try datil peppers (st. augustine's finest) diced in with fresh diced onion, diced bell pepper, diced roma tomatoes, diced pineaple, cilantro and a dash of sea salt. This is wonderful on fish or poultry. It is also wonderful on roast pork. Lightly salt and sprinkle with lime juice white flour tortillas and bake them to use as chips or accent. It is a wonderful fresh taste.
