Works great. Thanks #1 to secretive lurker who suggested keeping the coffee grinder full for best dust. It worked so much better than using a fixed amount. I was skeptical because I've ground chiles in a coffee grinder many many times previously. But - if you run it long enough (it sounds like a cat losing a fight with a hair drier) and refill it as the chopped-up chiles are able to spin under the blade height, yes, eventually it will make an even, consistent particle size powder. Thanks #2: And toaster-ovening the "chewy" ones first worked perfectly too! Makes an incredible aroma no less. (although one man's love is another man's hate.) Wow, it's like you guys have been asked this, uh, 5000 times before. Thanks #3 for tolerance. ===== "It is my responsibility to enforce all the laws that haven't been passed yet." -- Central Scrutinizer __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
