I just received my first order of Jim's Apple Smoked last Friday - I had to try it based on the religoius following here. The first thing that happened after I opened the container is that the little piece of foil that is supposed to seal the contents in burst its seal with a loud "pop" as soon as the lid was removed, aerosoling a small quantity of hab powder into the air. First, I start counghing. Then, my (not-so-CH) wife starts coughing, watery eyes and nose blowing ensue , and she shoots me dirty looks while leaving the kitchen, informing me I'll be making dinner in my now quite 'habified' kitchen. Oddly enough, once the coughing stopped, the rush was very nice. (YKYACHI?) Perhaps a nice explosives warning label is in order for those that live at altitudes much higher than Jim's? (I'm at about 5400 feet, not really than high considering I used to live at 7500...) Anyway, I've now tried it on tuna noodle casserole and a few other things. Wonderful flavor and heat! Thanks for yet another crutch to assit me in my addiction. -- John Holder
