No logic in my decision to not use gloves. Perhaps just laziness. As a result, I get Hunan this, Hunan that (my favorite being Pirate's Eyes), although I am sure Rael's is somewhere south of that. Sometimes I will core out the middle with the membrane and seeds a la Jalapeno Poppers and shake the rest out but I rarely let myself miss out on that Hunan Burn cause I just love that rush.
