I'm also one of those "Hunan this and that" guys. Last week I made Bajan Chicken ( which is basically a boneless chicken breast stuffed with jerk seasoning and the basic flour, eggwash - with hot sauce added in - and bread crumbs- - and then pan fried until done - YUM). I cut up the 4 habs that went into the recipe and then proceeded to wipe the sweat from my brow when I was done chopping. I actually ended up with red rashes for about 4 hours from that mistake. I was happy though.. the chicken was fantastic and well worth the pain.
