For those who might have missed the post under the "Chile Clothing" topic, I'll re-post it here: =========================================== To: Chile-Heads@globalgarden.com Subject: Re: [CH] Chile Clothing Speaking of Chile Clothing, would anyone be interested in an official Chilehead Mailing List Tee Shirt? I would nominate the Big Tom image that was used on his Chilehead Cards with perhaps the URL of the Chileheads site. Check out the image at: http://members.aol.com/bigtom3946/chile2a.gif Jump in Big Tom if you have any issues with this... There is an on-line service called CafePress ( http://www.cafepress.com ) that will market any number of items such as shirts, hats, coffee mugs, mouse pads, etc. Basically you set up an account with them and upload the image that you want placed on the product. They take the image and display it on the products you choose to sell. The best part of this setup is that no product ever gets produced until an order is submitted, so there is extremely little overhead. My current favorite foodie site, www.egullet.com uses Cafepress to market their promotional items. Their store can be viewed at: http://www.cafeshops.com/cp/store.aspx?s=egullet I've ordered merchandise from them and the quality is high and the prices fair (Tee shirts are $15.99), and the order was received in about a week. So, anyone interested? Will coordinate with Mike Bowers and Big Tom to ensure there are no legal issues... =Mark =========================================
