Hmmm...  Well, there's the Good Eats Fan Page at
www.goodeatsfanpage.com .  A guy name Mike Menninger runs the page and
has transcripts of all of the shows.  Also, check the Good Eats page at
www.foodtv.com .

No downloadable shows, though, if that's what your looking for.
