Thanks for the tip, Riley.  With regards to gram accuracy, you might
consider going to a "scientific"
scale, as I don't think most kitchen scales will have that type of
resolution.  If you look at a scientific supply company like Fisher or
Cole-Parmer, you might have some luck.

However -- and I hesitate to mention this -- your best bet might be your
local head shop....  I am sure they will have scales at a reasonable price.
I'll let you know if I run across anything.

Matt,

We have a Salter, Mod 3006 (i think).  Digital, gms/kg or oz/lbs.  Think it
does  a kg or so.  Increments of 5gm or 1/4oz. Tares with a button.  I'd
prefer gm accuracy, but it's handy.  Gift, so I'm not sure what they cost.

If you find something more accurate please let us know.
