Actually, no knuckledragging at all, but.... A head shop specializes in selling "tobacco" products -- pipes, water pipes, rolling papers, etc. Somehow, they are able to include "bullets" (for dispensing "powder"), small baggies, glass one-hitters, and scales as well. A head shop would probably have a decent selection of scales at a reasonable price, if one was willing to go into said establishment (note that there is nothing at all illegal about going into a head shop and purchasing any of these items).
