Having recently lived in the UK, I can second the Zulu Fire Sauce and the Encona Scotch Bonnet. The Zulu was tasty, not too hot. The Encona was hot, and tasty. And I did get the beautiful Zulu bottle with the beaded handle, which is now sitting in my living room.
