I'm back from the Open Fields trying to decide what to do first. Maybe make some Savina sauce or some piquin sauce, or load up the dehydrator, or make some salsa or some pickles, or, or, or... For those of you that couldn't make it you missed another great event. A googol of thanks goes out to all the ChileHeads for sharing grub and other chile concoctions. And to Jim, a googolplex of thanks for making the fields possible and inviting us to come. I haven't had a chance yet to look at the pictures I took, but I'll have them posted on the web soon.
