You can simply melt the jelly and add more pectin to it After you add the pectin it must return to a high rolling boil WHILE YOU ARE STIRRING IT FOR ONE MINUTE. The jelly should then "jell" in half a day or so, maybe sooner in the fridge. If it still don't jell use it as a glaze on just about any type of Q. It is excellent on chickens and Cornish game hens and works well on everything else as well. Just be sure you put it on just before you take the Q off the pit, the sugar will burn pretty easy........... Hope this may help Eddie
