Sorry Matt...... I'd be hurting, too, if I left here.

Heck, I'm usually hurting in a couple of days when I go on vacation!

I really feel for you guys working so hard to grow chiles, and believe 
me, I know how lucky I am to just hit the chile fields when I want to 
pick fresh chiles. And with the Chile Institute here at NMSU, there's 
quite a selection.
