Hi Erich, Can't help you with drying questions. My use of frosted peppers is to destem, toss in food processor with a little vinegar, sugar, onion, garlic & lemon juice, whiz awhile, put in jars, store in fridge, use within a month. Love to spread this "sauce" on beef stuff, i.e. steak, burgers, london broil, sirloin tips, etc. Hope this helps, Paul PS I thought I told Ya to tell the wife the "indoor" projects are for the winter? Least she could do is give Ya a little space for overwintering peppers. Have 2 "orphan" Habs I can send if you lost everything to frost. Te-Hee..... Te-Hee, your wife will kill me. ----- Original Message ----- From: "tucker" <tucker@ticon.net> To: "chile-heads" <Chile-Heads@globalgarden.com> Sent: Saturday, 19 October, 2002 6:08 PM Subject: [CH] Drying question... > OK, I've oven dried before with fine results, but we have some special > circumstances to work around this year.
