Pumpkin pie and pumpkin soup being the two main things I create and woof down gladly. Roasted pumpkin seeds too, yup. I suppose I should try a mole one day, eh? I await the day after Boo day, and then buy, like, 3 pumkins or so. Will be a chore in this kitchen. But mmmmmm... I'll have to try adding some chipotle and/or other chiles to the pie.
