We sell both for a variety of everything, from Wing sauces to dippin' sauce for french fries to BBQ, with the chipotle being the best seller. I did a morning TV show using the Hab on some wings, and the crew and reporter were hacking like they'd been hit with mustard gas from the fumes. The hab also has become a favorite of my eleven year-old son, who's well on his way to being a chile-head with a hot sauce collection of well over 100 sauces, including a few dead ones. :) Regards, Daniel H. The Lafayette Brewing Company in West Lafayette, IN uses the Fiery Hot Hab & the Jeff St Lounge (a two minute stagger from my house, where the other half of the FoodTV program was filmed & got left on the editing room floor) uses the Chipotle Sauce for their wings. Nope- they both started out as quazi BBQ sauces. I prefer my wings with a vinegar taste so I usually use Blairs' Death Sauce. -Jim C Mild to Wild Sheeez- you figure out the disclaimers, but this was in answer to a direct question.
