Ok, let's try this again...I took a treat to work on Halloween: H-O-T pickled eggs and bologna. I took a bunch of hot sauces that were in the fridge (and needed to be cleaned out), emptied them all into a pan and added a cup of sugar, and some peter pepper, jalapeno, and RS dust to it, then brought it to a boil. I hard boiled 3 dozen eggs, peeled them, and injected the sauce into them with a turkey flavor injector. I cut up 3-4 lbs of GOOD German bologna into bite sized pieces, placed the whole mess in a one gallon glass pickle jar, filled the rest of the way with 2/3 vinegar, 1/3 water, and let sit in the fridge for about a month, tilting gently once a day. They were a big hit the first day, but Friday, I was threatened with bodily injury, seems the eggs "burned twice"--with a VENGENCE!!! enjoy! __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
