Greetings and Salutations:
I came across a new cheese product (always a pleasure).  It's made by CIBO
Naturals, Seattle WA  www.cibonaturals.com, I tried the Smoked Jalapeno Soft
Flavored Cheese (aka chipoltle cream cheese).  At about $5 for 7 oz. I
thought it was a bit pricey.  Not too spicey, might have to top it with a
dollop of Tabasco Chipolte...or some of that smoked hab sauce we have in the
back of the fridge...need more crackers...
