I was watching Oliver's Twist on TV Food Network last night (normal activity) and saw that he was using chiles in every dish. He made a bruschetta type thing with mozzarella topped with strips of marinated red chile (looked like cayenne type to me) and then he made quesadillas with scotch bonnet chiles. One of the people he was cooking for said he loved chiles so he fashioned the meal for him. There were 2 other folks there, one was not a chile-head of any kind and the other was a woman who was up to the challenge. The woosy guy ran for the beer after tasting a strip of scotch bonnet. The other guy just put his eyebrow up and said it was ok. If you want the recipes, check the TV Food Network website under Oliver's Twist. Just thought I would let everyone know about it since it was of interest to some chile-heads. RisaG __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
