Well, for one thing, soy is a good thing to eat.  Especially for women.  It
helps with the bad effects of menopause, and studies show it helps prevent
breast cancer.  So, why not put some tofu into things that you're already
cooking?

However, I still stand by my stance of not eating grits,  because they don't
do anything for my hot flashes, and you have to add lots-o-stuff to make
them taste like the stuff you added.
