Another use, at about 20%, is as an herbicide:

You can buy 20% acetic acid as "food grade".  As the article points out,
don't do this at home unless you're knowledgeable about handling acids.
Concentrated acetic can give you a nice burn--in the bad, non-CH sense.
Probably do a number on fire ants at that strength, too.
