CHOCOLATE PIE?!

Tofu reminds me of Vietnamese "blood pudding".  Before I went to VN during
the war, I had been warned about their blood pudding.  One evening a couple
of months before I was supposed to leave, I went down to the central market
to a beer joint to drink with 3-4 VN friends.  The beer-joint owner had
just made some blood pudding.  My VN friends "dared" me to eat some.  I
said, NO WAY!  This beer joint owner brought this brown Jello-like
(Tofu-looking-like!!!) blood pudding out for me to look at it.  It stank to
high heaven.  I waved him away and gagged.  The VN guys started laughing
like crazy.  They said, "Not even most Vietnamese can eat blood pudding!
