Well, I dug...I Doug?! and found this Elias Wilbur Scoville born in Ct 
in 1855 November 23rd. This would make him more the correct age to do 
all of the things he did at Parke Davis, the years he was supposed to be 
doing them. He was married and had one daughter, and in the Scoville 
family record, he is not mentioned again. Famous family, included the 
Ward Beecher connection as well. Look up Scoville Family. This may or 
may not be the same guy, but looking at his picture, I would hazard a
