We are having a DhileHead meeting on January 25th which is Burns Day - Robert Burns - the National bard of Scotland to celebrate his birthday. As the night is at our house - and me being Scottish we are planning to have the full burns night with poetry, songs haggis tatties n neeps, etc. Thing is, I need to spice up my haggis which will include the vegetarian version as well as the traditional.
