Paul, indeed each of us has an opinion on varied topics. We certainly won't all agree. In fact, when it comes to things chile, there are many disagreements. (Insert nod to The Great List Master, here.) Your father was quite wise in his assessment on opinions. I was rather brash in my comeback regarding the Mac issue. And 'tis true, not _all_ Mac users know their computer inside out. However, the broad statement -- Macs are fine for people who don't know how to use computers -- is a myth as well. There are those of us who know what we're doing with these electronic boxes, and there are those who do not. The name of the operating system doesn't really matter. With this statement, I shall withdraw from the computer debate. There are far more important things going on in the world that I need to put my energy into. It's rare that I post to this list, though I've been a member for several years. While I consider myself a Pod Person, my beloved cannot indulge as I do, due to an internal system that can't take The Heat. Mostly I read everyone's posts, with special interests in recipes -- a shout out to Risa, here! -- and enjoy what I read. No doubt I'll drift off into the land of the lurk once again. I'll look forward to hearing how the homemade tobasco sauce turns out, though. As mentioned, I do love your hab citrus sauce -- it's a winner, for those who are seeing the recipe for the first time. The chiles you sent have added a lot of zing to my life, as well. By the way, I can't afford to drink Lafitte-Rothchild. (grin) Starwind (By the way, Doug, I'm a witch.
