Nels, this is somewhat similar to the cranberry relish I make --
Bag of cranberries
Orange zest
1 orange peeled, as much pith removed as possible, chopped
Sugar to taste (a cup, perhaps more)
Put in a sauce pan, let cook till berries break.
Add 3-4 chipotles and a bit of their adobo sauce, to your taste. Let simmer
a bit until it reaches the thickness you like.
