I've a recipe for sweet potatoe something or other with chilpotles (a
soof-lay?) that I made last Christmas...  Or did I pitch the recipe?
Whatever.  I'll look around for it if anybuddy wants it...  Yust let me
know!

Thanks to everyone who sent advice and recipes for green beans--we'll
see what happens!

Starwind and any others toying with the idea, do *definitely* add
chipotles to your sweet potatoes, it is an excellent combination.
I've followed Chris Schlesinger's (god of the East Coast Grill) lead:
make a chipotle cream to add to your regular mashed sweets by mincing
chipotles en adobo to taste with enough heavy cream and butter to get
the potatoes the consistency you want. Dead easy, and I bet if there
were any leftovers they'd be great formed into patties and fried in
butter for breakfast.

Hmm, my cholesterol is rising just looking at what I've written....
