Friends and Neighbors Marc -- Hope your Christmas is all that it can be. We are all thinking of you. Doug -- I enjoy your posts -- keep up the good work -- always nice to read your posts. Sometime when you get to Winnepeg we need to get together. Risa -- Great recipes -- keep it up -- the boys (our four sons) keep asking me with some suspicion if supper is an 'internet' recipe. (All from the one time I made tuna spaghetti sauce!) But they like nearly everything I cook from your recipes. Jim -- One of these days we'll make it to open-fields. Kid number 2 didn't go out of state for college -- 'cause he's banking dollars this year from scholarships at North Dakota State. Byron -- haven't heard from you in a while -- don't be afraid to ask a 'county agent' question -- most of the time I can find an answer. Green -- was nice to see a post from you again -- how about a recipe for the spinach stuffed roast? Myron and Tony (the 'beach boys') -- Hope you have a white Christmas :-) Alex -- keep herding those sheep! Sandy -- Keep reminding us of the moderate CH -- there is a lot of them out there Rael -- Twister rocks! Even old guys like me can play -- just fall over more often. All ChileHeads -- not to leave anyone out -- just remembered the above names -- Merry Christmas -- Peace to all, may families and friends keep you safe, warm and loved in this holiday season. Now for a request -- the boys -- all four of them, went together to get me a turkey fryer, deluxe model with two kettles, great set -- now I need recipes for deep fried turkeys, low country boils, fish fries, and all that good stuff that I can use the cooker for. I tell ya -- these kids are the best -- Mom loves it -- keeps me cooking! Shalom Nels in ND
