Zinfandels, Primitivos, Merlots, Shiraz-cabernet blends, Ports, Chiantis,
Sangiovese di Toscanna... or just some good ol' Tavola Dago Red table wine.
something with lots of fruit and body, with long legs and a finish that
will slap the crap out of those uppity chilies and then ask them if they
