This was tonight's dinner - Pasta Shells with Broccoli. It was quite good. Usually we only like pasta with red sauce of some kind. This has no real sauce. It has a bit of red pepper flakes but if you like chop up a red chile and add that while sauteing the broccoli stalks with the anchovy paste. * Exported from MasterCook * Pasta Shells w/Broccoli Recipe By : RisaG Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Pasta Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 bag frozen broccoli -- defrosted 2 cloves garlic -- sliced 2 tsp anchovy paste 2 tbsp unsalted butter 2 tbsp olive oil 1 lb dried pasta shells kosher salt black pepper 1 handful parmesan cheese -- freshly grated 1 tsp hot pepper flakes -- * see note Start a big pot of water on the stove.
