I was thumbing through it, noticing that a fair number of the recipes are in the range a moderate could appreciate (hi, SandyO), when I realized that there wasn't any meat to his message, so to speak. As a confirmed omnivore, I'd use some of his recipes as side dishes. But I'll never give up bacon, chicken skin or the delicious crunch of the fatcap from a beef/pork/lamb roast.
