You know my NK seeds did the same thing. Having never grown nor tasted the red savina before I had nothing to compare it to. I just thought the red savina was overhyped based on the ones I grew. I've also gotten some mislabled and poorly germinating seed from other places small and large alike so I guess it's kind of a crap shoot. John, I'd order seeds from a place that you know from recommendations has good seed. My Red Savina seeds were purchased at Wally*World and packaged by Northrop King. The resulting pods looked like Red Savina, but were definitely NOT very hot. I had jalapeņos that were hotter. Good luck, JohnT
